Help Us Imagine the New Chatham-Kent Museum

Chatham-Kent is building a new museum as part of the Chatham-Kent Community Hub and we want to ensure it reflects the diverse people, communities, and stories that make up all of Chatham-Kent. This survey asks about your background, the kind of experience you'd want the museum to offer, and the stories and objects that matter most to you and your community.

The survey should take about 12-15 minutes to complete.

Your answers are confidential and will be summarized alongside everyone else's to help shape the museum's themes and design - no individual responses will be shared or attributed. Every question marked "optional" can be skipped.

Personal information contained on this survey is collected by The Municipality of Chatham-Kent under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be used by Community Culture and Connections staff for the purpose of contacting you if you indicated you wish to receive further information on this project.
