Chatham-Kent Immigration Survey

A survey focusing on immigration in Chatham-Kent was released by the Municipality of Chatham-Kent’s Community Attraction and Promotion (CAP) division in collaboration with the Chatham-Kent Local Immigration Partnership (CKLIP).

The survey was an opportunity for all immigrant newcomers to have their voices heard, and to help ensure that Chatham-Kent remains a welcoming community for all residents. Results from the survey will help the municipality, community stakeholders and service providers understand the needs of immigrants in Chatham-Kent, and work towards addressing those needs.

The survey was available from November 30, 2020 to December 28, 2020. The survey is now closed.

We are happy to announce that 116 individuals responded to the Chatham-Kent Immigration Survey. Four lucky survey respondents each received a $50 gift card from a local restaurant of their choice.

We would like to thank the following CK LIP Council members who assisted with translations to ensure the survey was available in five languages: English, French, Arabic, Low German, and Spanish
