Chatham-Kent Public Library is conducting this customer service survey to:

  • gauge user satisfaction,
  • assess users' needs (usage), and
  • learn what other services users would like.

CKPL has found that questionnaires and surveys provide the library with valuable information about community needs. By understanding the needs of our community, we will have a valuable tool to help plan the library’s services, programming and development.

Information gathered from this survey will assist the organization to identify and clarify service priorities and allocate current and future resources so that library services are in strong alignment with the evolving needs of our core patron groups.
