CKY Advisory Group Application

The recruitment application for Chatham-Kent to the Power of Young People (CKy) Advisory Group is now closed.

The CKy Advisory Group is made up of up to 14 members who help shape the future of Chatham-Kent by sharing the voices and perspectives of young people aged 15 to 39. Members inform community consultations, provide feedback to Council, and collaborate with local organizations to support initiatives that meet the needs and priorities of young people across our community.

We’re looking for a diverse team that reflects the wide range of experiences, backgrounds, and knowledge found throughout Chatham-Kent. We encourage applications from women, Indigenous Peoples, racialized communities, and anyone who has experienced barriers to participation.

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be between the ages of 15 and 39
  • Live, work, or study in Chatham-Kent
  • Be willing to represent the geographic diversity of our community
