Clearville Park Infrastructure Review

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent invites the residents of Clearville park to provide their comments and feedback on the information presented on September 17th regarding the Clearville Park Infrastructure Review. The Municipality is seeking feedback on the results of the review for inclusion in a report to Council later in the fall. The Resident Engagement Presentation has been made available for reference.

With the assistance of Chorley + Bisset Ltd., the review assessed the current infrastructure condition, identified infrastructure renewal requirements over a ten-year period and included an evaluation of cost recovery options, both full and partial, with potential impact on site fees.
