•  January 2024 – Purchase of property and initiation of detailed concept design phase through Council approval.

•  February 2024 – Establishment of Stakeholder Engagement Group.

•  April 2024 – Stakeholder Engagement Group Meeting #1.

•  Spring 2024 – Stakeholder Engagement Group Meeting #2.

•  Spring/Summer 2024 - Public Engagement on draft concept.

•  Summer 2024 – Stakeholder Engagement Group Meeting #3.

•  Summer– Key Milestone - Report back to Council with updated cost estimate, concept design and staff recommendations.

October 2024

Phase 3 (Future Forecasted Phase Pending Approvals)

•  Fall 2024 – Initiate detailed design phase.

•  Winter 2025 - Finalize detailed design.

•  Winter 2025 – Key Milestone - Report back to Council prior to Tender with a cost estimate based on the detailed design and seek approval to proceed to tender.

•  Winter 2025 –Issue for construction procurement.

•  Spring 2025 – Key Milestone – Report back to Council with construction procurement results and recommendation.

•  Spring/Summer 2025 – Subject to Council approval, potential award of construction contract and initiation of building renovations.

•  Spring 2027 – Key Milestone - Construction completed.

•  Spring 2027 – Move in period.
