Purpose of Survey

Thank you for your interest in this survey! 

This survey is being done by the Municipality of Chatham-Kent as part of the development of a collaborative Community Safety & Well-Being Plan. It will take up to 10 minutes to complete this survey. 

Your participation is voluntary and all responses will be kept anonymous. You may withdraw by exiting the survey at any time. Once a response is submitted it cannot be withdrawn because they are not linked to individual respondents. By completing and submitting the survey you are providing consent for participation. The results will be analyzed as a group. A summarized report will be shared with local stakeholders.
