Customer Service Survey

Consultation has concluded

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is conducting a service review on the Customer Service Division, which consists of the following services:

Municipal Centres: Blenheim, Civic Centre, Dresden, Ridgetown, Tilbury, Wallaceburg

  • Municipal Information Desks: Co-located with libraries in Bothwell, Thamesville and Wheatley
  • Municipal Contact Centre 311 or 519-360-1998; ck311@chatham-kent.ca

Service Review Process:

  • A committee is currently reviewing existing and potential customer service delivery options, including existing services currently co-located in the respective municipal centres. The committee is surveying and assessing the corporate/community impact resulting from various service delivery options and alternatives. The final step will include Council recommendations for the future purpose of municipal centres and municipal information desks.
