Sign up for any of the following programs and click the ‘Submit’ button to register (intended for children ages 0-6 years and their caring adults).
After you click submit, you will receive an initial response email confirming a submitted form. Next you can expect a confirmation email from ckearlyon confirming available dates to attend. (Be sure to add ckearlyon@chatham-kent.ca to your email contacts to receive emails and confirmations).
Please note: Registration Form should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of program start. (Office Hours Monday – Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm).
