Staff have expressed that our current rotation is not conducive to onsite learning between co-workers. Staff are unable to listen, support and mentor their colleagues because they are simply not around each other. In an effort to provide this opportunity for natural job growth which option do you prefer? (Please note that this will be in addition to the current rotation).
