CK EarlyON Annual Survey

We are committed to offering high-quality EarlyON programs in our community and your feedback is important to help us plan future programming.

Our new, annual CK EarlyON Experience Survey will focus on program quality and connect to the Four Foundations of "How Does Learning Happen?" from Ontario's early years pedagogy: Belonging, Well-Being, Engagement, and Expression. (Check out the How Does Learning Happen? Ontario's Pedagogy for the Early Years document that guides our work.)

• The survey is voluntary. You can choose not to take part in the survey or to skip any question you would rather not answer. 
• All responses will remain confidential and personal information will not be shared with EarlyON Centre educators and/or program staff. 
• The second-part of the survey is optional, and as a thank you for your participation, you will be given the option to enter a draw for a $TBD gift card.
