Why Compost?

Composting helps:

  • Reduce the amount of organic material going to landfill.
  • Create nutrient-rich compost for gardens and landscaping.
  • Support Chatham-Kent's waste diversion efforts.

Every banana peel, coffee ground, and vegetable scrap kept out of the garbage makes a difference.
