10 months agoHABaumanover 2 years agoKing St. should become "Entertainment District". We have Sons of Kent, Retro Suites, restaurants, bars, shopping - we need more for kid/teen
Have indoor playground, ropes course, virtual reality, glow in the dark mini golf/bowling - something fun for kids and young at heart in the Sears section. In the mall section have a year round farmers market where local artisans can sell their goods. Bring some types of stores that people travel to Windsor/London for (good shoe store, Old Navy, Bath and Body Works, etc.) or Outlet stores.

Something like the wild zone would be amazing. Lazer tag, bowling , arcade, go carts, play zone , pool , waterslides maybe even rides. We all miss that place

There is not enough for young people to do in thus city Bring back a roller rink and maybe a trampoline area like they have in other cities.

Arena and entertainment centre at Navistar as they need parking and 401 access. We need people living downtown. Condo tower at the DCC geared toward working from home: home office space with fibre connections, easy courier access, etc. Mall caters to Work From Home demographic with cafes, markets, business services.
