What is Together CK?

Together CK is a portfolio of grant programs which provide matching funds to community organizations throughout Chatham-Kent.

Together CK Core Grants are awarded every four years through a competitive process to non-profit corporations and registered charities. • It is recommended that you sign up for the Let's Talk tool. This allows applicants to complete several pages of the application and return at a later stage to complete it. Anonymous participants (those not signed up for the Let's Talk tool) will always have to start from the beginning as information will not be automatically saved.
