Live Online 'Antiracism at Work' Workshop by Selam Debs

On Wednesday, February 15th, 12:00pm-1:00pm (ET) join an online workshop held by Selam Debs. This workshop will address common antiracism challenges in the workplace such as:

• lack of representation
• tokenization
• daily racism (macro-aggression)
• white centering
• a "words-only" approach

and how Black, Indigenous, and racialized employees, customers, partners, and communities are being harmed by not prioritizing antiracism and equity:

• having to code-switch
• being asked to educate colleagues.
• tone-policed
• fearful of sharing their experiences of racism
• feeling exhausted and disheartened
