Would love to see it turned into a 4000-6000 seat arena. May as well make our downtown a food and entertainment district.

Using the side parking lot for an outdoor arena that you can access from the mall and from outside-that becomes a farmer’s/vendor market in the spring/summer?. It’d be great to see a huge Christmas tree downtown with an outside arena. It’d also be nice to have cafes that you can access from inside the mall and the street, so the downtown core has patio seating. And definitely stores- where you can walk around and access many stores at once unlike box stores. Perhaps things like HomeSense, a Gaming store, the Children’s Place, Ricki’s, Bath and Body Works, stores you’d typically find in a London or Windsor mall! And if there’s room , an arcade area like Colossanti’s.

I would love to see a Roller Rink for ADULTS. Also, please keep the rent prices DOWN, ideas are pointless if it business can't afford it.
