Core Grant Application Form 2025
It is recommended that you sign up for the Let's Talk tool. If you are signed up and logged in, the responses of completed application pages (not the current page) will be saved until the final submission is ready. This allows applicants to complete several pages of the application and return at a later stage to complete it. Anonymous participants (those not signed up for the Let's Talk tool) will always have to start from the beginning as information will not be automatically saved.

Personal information will be used to assist municipal staff and the Together CK Review Committee in making a decision on this project. Names, addresses and comments may be included in material available to the public. Questions regarding this collection should be forwarded to administration.
